:Multiplanar, multislice, and multisequence MR images findings

Skull Vault: Severe thickening of the diploic space of the skull vault, suggestive of bone marrow .hyperactivity, likely related to the patient’s known diagnosis of thalassemia

Facial Bones: Thickening of the facial bones with opacification of the bilateral maxillary sinuses, also likely due to bone marrow hyperactivity

Cerebral Hemispheres: Normal size and signal intensity of gray and white matter structures. No hydrocephalus, mass, or midline structural shift

Brain Stem: Normal

Cerebellum: Normal

Internal Auditory Canals (IAC) and Cerebellopontine (CP) Angles: Normal

Skull Base and Craniocervical Junction: Normal

Sella Turcica and Pituitary Gland: Normal

:Impression

Severe thickening of the diploic space of the skull vault, suggestive of bone marrow hyperactivity, consistent with the patient’s history of thalassemia

Thickening of the facial bones with opacification of the bilateral maxillary sinuses, likely secondary to bone marrow hyperactivity
