PELVIC MRI

( with & without  contrast)

Technique : Axial & coronal T1 – axial T2 –  coronal  STIR &  post contrast axial , sagittal , coronal T1 .

REPORT:

The pelvic inlet appears normal , with normal configuration of iliac wings and iliopsoas muscles.

No abnormalities are found in imaged bowel structures and there are no signs of wall thickening or mass lesions.

The urinary bladder appears normal and has normal wall thickness.

The femoral heads are normally shaped and articulate normally with the acetabula  they have normal bone marrow signal characteristics.

The muscles around the pelvis are unremarkable.

Sacroiliac joints are unremarkable.

– Right hydrosalpinx

– Cysts like lesion containing ( high T1 , T2 , STIR , FLUID )  ,(40 mm ) in right adnexa & ( 30 mm ) in left adnexa suggestive for endometrioma

– Inatra mural myoma ( 40 mm in diameter ) in left anterior of body  (19 mm & 18 mm ) in right side of fondus & ( 20 mm ) in left posterior of body

– A simple cyst ( 30 mm ) in right ovary

are seen
