(without contrast )

Technique : axial T2 trufi – T2 space coronal with MIP .

REPORT:

dilated ( 55x150mm ) thick walled ( 6mm ) gallbladder , containig filling defect ( 8x30x55mm ) suggestive for cholecititis with multiple gallstones & sludge

dilatation of extra hepatic bile ducts ( CHD/CBD =13mm , MPD = 3-4mm )

are seen

filling defect in ampula of water & distal of choleduc are not seen.

COMMENT : EUS for better evaluation of ampulla of water is recommended .
